Roll Priming
Roll Primer P565-8605
The innovative compliant product from Nexa Autocolor has been developed specifically as a high build flattable undercoat for roller application only, not an adapted spray application product.
The resultant smooth laydown and easy flatting properties ensure an excellent topcoat appearance without the need for a wet-on-wet primer. The product needs to be used in a COSHH assessed area, which is not necessarily a spraybooth.

Primers
High-build, flattable acrylic primer fillers allow for smooth application in any climate and on any size job. Spectral grey capability ensures coverage of low opacity colours in a reduced number of coats.
HS Primer Filler gives excellent build, exceptional flatting properties, excellent foundation and fast drying - 2 hours air dry, 20 minutes at 60ºc.
HS Wet-on-Wet Primers are ideal for new panel work and give excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates. No sanding is necessary before colour application.

The UHS Range of MaxMeyer
MAXMEYER UHS CONCEPT: PREMIUM UHS
MaxMeyer’s Premium UHS line is a comprehensive range of high solid, low solvent products that contain specially developed resins. ANTISTATIC AGENT 1.931.4000
Antistatic Agent eliminates static electricity which accumulates on plastic parts. It is the biggest reason for the attraction and accumulation of dust on these surfaces and the routine and systematic use of Antistatic Agent before painting effectively prevents this unwelcome phenomenon.

1K SPECIALPLAST PRIMER 1.823.1350
It is a one pack primer specifically designed for use on solvent sensitive plastic substrates, such as PC, ABS and PUR. Ready for use, this product can be recoated with all MaxMeyer 2K acrylic and polyurethane primers, Duralit Car, Premium UHS Duralit Extra, MaxiCar HS, AquaMax and HS Clears.

1K PLASTIPRIMER 1.823.1500
One pack universal adhesion clear primer, effective on all plastic parts and available also in an aerosol version (1.880.1600).

AD 1208 PLAST 1.975.1208
Additive based on elastomeric resins with plasticising effects, to be used on flexible and semirigid plastic substrates. Added to 2K Ground Products and Topcoat increases film flexibility.

TEXTURE ADDITIVE FINE (COARSE) 1.975.5400(5401)
Provides a low gloss textured effect when mixed with DuralitCar, UHS Duralit, MaxiCar HS. Available in two versions (fine and coarse).

MAT CLEAR 2:1 1.360.0700
2K acrylic mat clear, designed to be used on bumpers and lower body panels. On very flexible surfaces it is strongly recommend to use mixed with AD 1208.

MAT 3 1.977.3302
Matting paste based on acrylic resins that reduces the gloss level of MaxMeyer Topcoats.

ECOPHOS PRIMER 6020 1.815.6020
A chromate free 2K, grey, self-etching primer that delivers excellent anti-corrosion properties and adhesion to bare metal. Suitable for use on galvanized metal and polyester putties.

FILLER 3300 1.858.3300
A fast drying and easy-to-sand grey high build polyester spray filler designed for repairs that require high film build.

FILLER 9291 1.851.9291
A light grey 1K nitroacrylic primer that dries rapidly and gives excellent topcoat hold out.

HS FILLER 3011 1.856.3011
A 2K grey, high build acrylic filler. This multi-purpose undercoat is suitable for use as a surfacer, spot primer, or a sealer.

MS FILLER 4020 1.856.4020
A 2K grey acrylic filler that delivers excellent flow, fast drying and good filling properties. Suitable for wet or dry sanding.

MS FILLER 4206 1.856.4206
A 2K grey medium solid polyurethane primer surfacer that delivers easy wet or dry sanding with a high level of gloss and durability.

FILLER 0205 1.841.0205
A 2K acrylic transparent filler that can be tinted with DuralitCar to give good coverage of the topcoat when using low opacity colours.

FILLER 0310 1.841.0310
A 2K acrylic sealer that performs well as a wet on wet primer and surfacer, and provides very good adhesion to bare metal. A good solution for quick repair of car spare parts.
